In the past, a 6-point plan has proved to be a standardized procedure:
1. Inventory
• View organizational structures
• Investigate procedures for vulnerabilities
• Consult employees

• adaptation of the standard to the company from the customer's point of view (not vice versa)

• if necessary, also create QM procedures
